How to wind a motor coil with a sub-winding

Before winding, check whether the specifications of the magnet wire and its insulation thickness meet the requirements, and put the binding tape in the binding groove of the winding die to prepare for tightening after winding the coil.

The beginning of the winding is generally hung on the right hand side, winding from right to left, and the concentric winding is wound from a small circle. The wire turns should be arranged neatly. Pay attention to the insulation of the wire at all times. If it is damaged, it should be properly bandaged or cut off. However, the broken ends should be left at the end for easy soldering and burrs should be removed. Put on a yellow wax tube.

When winding, the wire must be tightened, and the wire must be clamped in order to prevent the wire from bending, as shown in the figure below. The lead wire of the coil should be left at the end for easy connection. After the coil is wound, carefully check the number of turns. After the coil is correct, tighten the coil and then remove it. When the wire is too thick and it is difficult to embed the wire, you can use more than two wires in parallel.

If the coils of a pole phase group are connected together, then after winding, a certain length of wire should be left as the connection between the pole phase groups; if the coils of the whole phase are wound together, the wire passing between the pole phase groups is better Put on the sleeve before winding.
