Price Adjustment of Silicon Steel in July 2020

The domestic price of electrical steel (silicon steel) will be adjusted in July 2020 from the basis price of June. The latest price announcement on 9 June 2020 as follow (price is not included the tax unless otherwise specified):

i. Non-oriented electrical steel / Non-oriented Silicon Steel(Baoshan, Qingshan, Dongshan):

The medium and low grades is raised by RMB300/ton on the base price.

The products of Qingshan are increased by RMB50/ton.The high-efficiency and high grades is raised by RMB200/ton from the base price.

The price of C6 coating is increased by RMB500/ton.

ii. Oriented Electrical Steel / Grain-oriented Silicon Steel(Baoshan, Qingshan):

Price of 0.27, 0.30mmQGP, QSC are increased by RMB300/ton.
The base price of the 0.3mm series is increased by RMB200/ton except grade 120.
Product of large roll is raised by RMB100/ton.

Laser scribing series of 0.18, 0.20, 0.23, 0.27mm products are raised by RMB300/ton.

The price adjustment notice will be effective from the date of announcement.
