Magnetic materials are mainly divided into hard magnetic and soft magnetic.
Hard magnetic material: it is a material that can still have magnetism after the magnetization field is removed; Soft magnetic materials have high magnetic induction when the magnetization field exists, and lose magnetism when the magnetization field is removed. Hard and soft here do not mean hard and soft in mechanical properties, but hard and soft in magnetic properties. Magnetic hardness refers to that magnetic materials can retain their strong magnetism for a long time after being magnetized by an external magnetic field (referred to as magnetism), which is characterized by high coercivity. Coercivity is the magnetic field strength of magnetic materials after magnetization and demagnetization to reduce the residual magnetism (residual flux density or residual magnetization) to zero. Soft magnetic materials are magnetic materials with low coercivity, which are easy to magnetize and demagnetize. Demagnetization refers to the magnetic field in which the magnetic material is magnetized by adding a magnetic field (called magnetization field), and then adding a magnetic field opposite to the direction of magnetization field to reduce its magnetism
Soft magnetic materials: soft magnetic materials can be divided into four categories.
① Alloy strip or sheet: FeNi (MO), FeSi, FeAl, etc.
② Amorphous alloy ribbon: Fe based, Co based, FeNi based or fenico based with appropriate Si, B, P and other doped elements, also known as magnetic glass.
③ Magnetic medium (iron powder core): powder materials such as FeNi (MO), FeSiAl, carbonyl iron and ferrite are coated and bonded by electrical insulating medium and pressed as required.
④ Ferrite: including spinel type - Mo · Fe2O3 (M represents NiZn, MnZn, MgZn, Li1 / 2fe1 / 2Zn, CaZn, etc.), magnetoplumbite type - ba3me2fe24o41 (me represents Co, Ni, Mg, Zn, Cu and their composite components).
Soft magnetic materials are widely used, mainly for magnetic antenna, inductor, transformer, magnetic head, earphone, relay, vibrator, TV deflection yoke, cable, delay line, sensor, microwave absorbing material, electromagnet, accelerator high-frequency acceleration cavity, magnetic field probe, magnetic substrate, magnetic field shielding, high-frequency quenching energy accumulation, electromagnetic sucker Magnetic sensor (such as magnetothermal material as switch), etc.
Based on the above, our magnetic ring products mainly use soft magnetic strips and amorphous nanocrystalline iron-based strips.
