Innovation and automation is the key of success at TRANSMART INDUSTRIAL LIMITED. We manufacture Nanocrystalline cores with ribbons made in-house, thickness ranging from 16um to 30um. We have 60 automatic winding machines, 30 sets of annealing furnaces with magnetic field. we have 6 sets of fully automatic encapsulation and testing lines. We are producing approximately 1 millions pcs Nanocrystalline cores per month, ranging from 4 grams to 50 Kgs in unit weight, for applications in Current Transformers, Common Mode Chokes, high-frequency transformers, and more.
