Type of amorphous core

What is an amorphous core?

Amorphous magnetic core is a magnetic component processed with amorphous materials. According to the different materials of amorphous strip, it can be divided into iron-based amorphous, cobalt based amorphous and so on. According to the shape of the material, it can be divided into strip core and powder core. The saturated magnetic density of amorphous is much higher than that of ordinary ferrite and powder core, but the permeability will decrease rapidly with the increase of frequency. It is generally used in the frequency band of tens of K to hundreds of K. Amorphous magnetic core is a widely used part in many industries. There are two kinds of amorphous magnetic core, one is air gap amorphous magnetic core, the other is non air gap amorphous magnetic core.

1、 Product performance of air gap amorphous magnetic core:

1. High initial permeability. The product has high precision and small error (ratio difference and angle difference)

2. High saturation magnetic induction and wide detection current range.

3. Low coercivity, more stable product performance and more sensitive to weak current induction.

4. Good thermal stability. The permeability and error have little change in thermal shock

5. High Curie temperature and excellent temperature characteristics.

6. Long term operating temperature: - 50 ~ 130 ℃

Application fields of air gap amorphous magnetic core:

It is mainly used to make micro precision current transformer, power current transformer, Hall sensor, open and close current transformer, electric quantity transmitter and so on.

The terminal shall be used for:

1. Electric energy meter, power meter, ammeter, electric measuring equipment and other instrument fields.

2. Various power current transformers in power transmission and distribution monitoring system.

3. Leakage protection, relay protection, servo motor protection, fire monitoring, etc.

4. Current and voltage data sampling, etc.

2、 Airless amorphous core

Applicable fields:

It is mainly used to make micro precision current transformer, power current transformer, Hall sensor, open and close current transformer, electric quantity transmitter and so on.

The terminal shall be used for:

1. Electric energy meter, power meter, ammeter, electric measuring equipment and other instrument fields.

2. Various power current transformers in power transmission and distribution monitoring system.

3. Leakage protection, relay protection, servo motor protection, fire monitoring, etc
