What are the benefits of Toroidal core chamfered

Chamfered toroidal core also called edge-grinded toroidal core.

Tape wound toroidal cores are with right-angled edges, which are very sharp and dangerous.

The sharp edges will cut through insulation tapes and damage copper wires wound on the core.

Transmart uses CNC machines to chamfer toroidal cores according to customer requests, radius from 1mm to 5mm, smooth edges finishing.
