Common Mode Choke Cores manufactured in Iron-based Nanocrystalline ribbons of 16-22uM thickness made in-house. Tailored materials composition and heat treatment ensure a high quality of magnetic properties.
The advantages of Nanocrystalline cores are:
High permeability, you can have your components with very compact designs.
Good Temperature stability. It works from -40C to 120C with Stable inductance values.
Excellent frequency response
The cores are used in the following scenarios of EV or PHEV :
Common mode chokes for ECM solutions
Current sensor to measure the currents
Drive transformer in IGBT
PFC inductor in PFC circuits
Boost inductor in high voltage DC to DC charger
Product family including Toroidal cores, Gap Cores, rectangular cores, oval cores, block core, special shape cores.
